That’s where Three Circle Flow comes in. The CD, from hypnotherapist and stress-management consultant John Sahakian, guides listeners through a series of exercises that promote relaxation. The goal of the program is to “stay awake while putting your body to sleep” in order to consciously feel what it is like to have a complete release of tension.
