With decades of experience in the luxury hotel industry, we know a thing or two about relaxation and sleep.
While running one of the most iconic hotels in the world, Shutters on the Beach, Armella Stepan, founder of INTENTIONS, learned to overcome PTSD after a surgical mishap almost claimed her life. Hoping to develop products that could help others do the same, she consulted with over 30 top neuroscientists, doctors, and yogis to better understand the keys to calming the central nervous system. That research led her to the development of INTENTIONS LINENS, luxury bed linens that encourage mindfulness and breath work to help the mind and body learn to achieve deeper sleep.
